Shipping Rates

• FREE Shipping: Available for all USA orders of $50 and up.
• Flat Rate USA Shipping: $6 for orders under $50.
• Canada Shipping: $30 flat rate. (Delivery estimated at 1–3 weeks via USPS for orders outside the USA. Import duties or taxes are not covered.)
• Orders are shipped using UPS Standard Ground or USPS.
• Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 days, pending credit card verification.

Not in love with your VIVAIODAYS product? We’ll gladly offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your first order.

Please Note:

For deliveries refused or returned due to incorrect address, we’ll issue a refund minus a $6 fee to partially cover shipping.

Returns are not accepted for:

Repeated orders of items previously returned or exchanged.
Partial returns of bundled items.
Shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable in case of returns.
