VIVAIODAYS.COM ships to the 48 contiguous states. We apologize but at this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska or PO boxes or Military PO.

Free shipping is valid on ALL purchases more than $10. Please check the details on individual product pages.
Our policy is to ship your orders using UPS Standard Ground Transportation or USPS.  
Order processing: Orders are scheduled to ship within 24 hours of being placed from our California facility. Some items might require more time, delivery time: up to 10 business days, please check the details in individual product pages.

Orders placed after 3 PM Pacific Time will be processing the next business day.
Estimated delivery: All items that are in stock will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days after processing, pending credit card verification.
Items ordered together might not arrive in the same box or at the same time. 

We are happy to replace any defective product from the manufacturer or damaged during transportation. Before you return an item, please email us at explaining the problem with the item you received.
Also, please send us a copy of the email you received when you placed your order.
You can also contact us at 1-310-453-0137 (9am-6pm PST Weekdays). All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the claim or as otherwise stated on the item return policy (please check the details in individual product pages).
We do not refund original shipping charges but we'll waive the return shipping of the original item.
All items being returned must be in the original condition and packaging and all tags must be attached.
Please include a copy of the emailed invoice that was sent to you at the time of purchase.
We apologize but we do not accept returns on Care and Food products due to the delicate nature of these products.
