We are happy to replace any defective product from the manufacturer or damaged during transportation. Before you return an item, please email us at explaining the problem with the item you received. Also, please send us a copy of the email you received when you placed your order.

You can also contact us at 1-310-453-0137 (7am-3pm ET Weekdays). All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the claim or as otherwise stated on the item return policy (please check the details in individual product pages).

We do not refund original shipping charges but we'll waive the return shipping of the original item.

All items being returned must be in the original condition and packaging and all tags must be attached.

Please include a copy of the emailed invoice that was sent to you at the time of purchase.

We apologize but we do not accept returns on Beauty and Food products due to the delicate nature of these products.
